How easy is it to sort the insurance with the tuning box? was thinking of buying Octavia 1.9tdi 4x4 but would like extra power of tunit or ECU upgrade.

It will depend on the company. Some, usually big tv advertised companies, don't want anything to do with something this "complicated", but others might not even charge a premium!

Well I had no problems with mine also explained to them that it does improve fuel consumption and they were fine, think a lot of people go for something which improves fuel consumption due to the credit crunch and something recent on the tonight programme on the telly.
