I probably need a new front wiper motor for my 2003 Octavia vRS, and I don't much fancy paying £90 for the privilege.:thumbdwn:

There are plenty cheaper 3rd party motors on Ebay, but they all state they are for "early" Mk4 Golfs. Did they really change the motor half way through the model life? Will one of these motors fit my Octy?

Ideally you'd need to check the part numbers.
