are these legal?

Featured Replies

I would say yes...only because i've used these before, on the road.

They were good on the road in dry and mild damp conditions, anything more than damp/wet, and they were slightly unpredictable at times. In the wet, the rear would tend to feel like it wandered slightly, but it was a RWD car, so that could account for it.

On track, i found them to be fantastic, great confidence in them, high cornering speeds felt good (obviously depends on the car setup too) and braking distance and force were hugely improved in the dry.

As for me not being 100% sure on the road legal aspect, i say that as i used them, and wore them out before the cars next MOT, which i had bought newer toyos for, as i had decided not to track the car again.

Oh, and i got 3k out of the rears, but the front looked good at that point, but were removed anyway.

Hope that helps....

Ramble over... :D
