I've used them and had no problems with them, always been very friendly and helpful. I used to take my MK I Octy there for servicing because the local lot were less than useless. Bought my MKII there on the strength of it.

Thats where I took my fabia for its service and to get the door catch replaced under warrenty a few weeks ago and I think they are excellent for service, very friendly and they will tell you what needs to be replaced and if its ok to do the work rather than just doing it !

I'd recommend them to anyone in the north west
