Old dried polish removal

Featured Replies

You may remember that I had a minor prang in the car a while back. Got it fixed, panel looks great etc, new paint a perfect colour match. However the prats repolished the car and made a horlix of it leaving white polish residue around the door handle. This has proved remarkedly resistant to washing off. Any suggestions? (At moment I have a beutifully polished car wit this bloody white residue standing out like a sore thumb).

Simply achieved!! You'll need to get an old "hard" toothbrush. Use this around the edges of the door handle to remove the dried residue. Then when done, wipe some undiluted shampoo around the door handle and re do again with the toothbrush. Finally wash the door inc door handle and all done and didded! :)
