My passenger window's carrier has broken, after pulling it apart, its the white plastic bit.

After doing a little research on here I've come across a similar problem with the VW Golf. VW have replaced thiers with metal parts. On other threads it doesn't confirm if they can be used on Fabias.

Can anyone confirm if they can be used or not?

And if not what's the best plan?

Your title typo is most amusing. I was hoping to get the job done on warranty having deliberately broken my carriers.

Polo is very similar.... Have VW swapped the Polo bits for metal ones too?
