Octavia II 4x4 Hatch and Estate!!

Featured Replies

Which engine did the hatch 4x4 Octavia I come with?? Octavia II 4x4 will come as a 1.9 TDI (105 bhp) and as a 2.0 FSI (150 bhp) Estate to Norway. Since you said that Netherlands got the same 4x4's as Norway there might be a chance..

The hatch came with the 150hp ARX 1.8T only.

I understand that Norway doesn't have the 4x4 hatch, but you do have all the Combi versions that we have, so that's why I guessed that the Netherlands will probably get the same two new 4x4 cars as Norway does.

Oh, I'll quadruplicate the above wish but I don't think that car will happen... :(

Found some pictures on Vortex... Looks very much like the new 4x4, doesn't it?

VERY interesting link on the new Combi (Estate) and the new 4x4:

http://www.germancarfans.com/news.cfm/newsID/2040923.007/skoda/1.html

To sum up for the 4x4:

- only in estate version, no hatch

- two engine choices, confirming inquirer's source: the 1.9 TDI 105hp and the 2.0 FSI 150hp

- 4x4 has become a trim level too (so no choice of Ambiente or Elegance)

- new rear-diff set-up allows for no loss of luggage space, so the 4x4 also carries a boot of 580 litres

Nice facts on the trim and the boot space, but a big disappointment on the engines. The Skoda stealth weapon as we know it is no more...

Oooh. So nearly perfect :( Why not the PD130?

Thats the naturally aspirated 2.0 FSI?....

or 105bhp diesel.....

:sadwavey:

Bye Skoda... it's been fun.......

bye bye skoda for sure, if they keep the big horses to vw only

BUT, maybe there is still time to catch on that facelifted superb which will be presented next year..

I have heard of some new stuff like xenons that turn to the direction of the steering wheel,

flashes on the mirrors,

new steering wheel and gauge panel,

and vRS sporting 330hp

most probably the 2.7 biturbo engine..

make it a 4x4 and I am selling mine for it

has anyone of you also heard the same rumors?

oh, just dont let this one slip away too, skoda

I see the new 4X4 comes with a 4X4 badge on the gearknob, a slightly smaller fuel tank (60L versus the current 63L), and 15" wheels as standard. Yummy - NOT! :(
