I have those old annoying front door trim rattle blues on a Roomster and would appreciate advice any advice.

Had thought of removing the trim mouldings and packing the clip points to tighten the fit.

Is this necessary and do you think it would work? If so, is there a tradesman-like way to remove the mouldings? When I've tried this on other cars the retainer clips just snap off.

Maybe you have discovered some easier spots to add packing that will hold the mouldings tight. If so, please share and spread peace in the world.

A noise was coming from the front door panel, I've removed the door card, I see a nylon piece was freely oscillating and hitting to the panel. It might left from the production line...

During removing the doorcard, some clips goes broken naturally. So, have some clips for replacement.
