the radio i have is the cassate player one with the cd changer in the boot.

manual states:

If SAFE appears then coding is activated

No you just press the button that would accept the code. You dont need to enter one.

Worked mate, had to press the arrow keys. Wont need to worry about the afer maket radio now. Damn parrot kit didnt work though. Bought it off ebay however the harness had been butchered. Cant get any power going to the kit at all

The folks in the ICE forum should be able to sort your parrot woes. Not sure what power adaptor it has, but I have an audio leads mute harness that will hook into the ISO connectors, but it has a Nokia large connector, and a Nokia small adaptor

Thanx mate. I have ordered a new cable harness as there were just too many cables cut. Just ordered another harness for £12 however. At least it will become a standard cable arrangement which should work straight away. Fingers crossed!
