I know I'm not the only one who's been spending their bank holiday cleaning cars , but what the hell - you can never have too many similar threads

I'm not an obsessive cleaner but each spring I like to give it a good wash , clay bar and then a couple of coats of wax.

It was very cloudy this morning which makes it easier to wash but harder to get good photos of.

Still , it looks ok and feels much better. Trouble with silver cars is they don't really show the improvement as much as some colours do.

Then my GF's punto got the same treatment and the sun came out for a while too.

The paint on these really responds well to the effort , especially using the coloured turtlewax stuff.

So , how many of the rest of you had the same idea?
