Fabia vrs tyre pressure

Featured Replies

digging up a 6 year old grave here, this still stand? about 34 fronts and 32 rears? even with a very cold winter looming?

My 182 was 33 front 30 back and for 205/45/16's I think that's perfect.

Might increase the Skoda to 34 front and 31 rear due to the extra weight :)

what pressure do people put in their Furby's rolling on 17" Spiders???

i just put 34 psi all round.

HELP ME!

What tyres u got Ryan what size?

i think they are 215 40 17

2.3 front. either 2.2 or 2.1 rear depending on load.

Please note this is a serious misreading of the information on the fuel filler flap. The rear tyre is at 2.1 if it's a 15" wheel NOT if it's differently loaded. And, of course, no UK vRSs were supplied originally with 15" wheels...

The recommended pressures on light loads are 2.3/2.2 bar (which translates to 33.4/31.9 psi) - if you're heavily loaded the guidance is 2.5/2.8 bar ( which translates to 36.3/40.6psi).

I've recently discovered my automatic tyre inflater can be set to bar so you're might too!

first time ive put air in them since i got the car, the fronts one was like 32 and the other was 26 ish, the rears were like 15 :o and 24 ish, no wonder i couldnt get over 50mpg on a 200 odd mile run when i brought it home.

It is inside the filler flap, but usually thet are in Kpa's so you need to doa bit of converting.

I run mine at 34 PSi front 32 PSi rear and they wear just fine.

freaky - me too!

I run 36 front and 34-36 rear depending onn weather conditions.

I run 36 front 33 rear. I read this on here years ago when I got mine.
