Red Octy after poprter cable and narly wax (pics)

Featured Replies

Polished the car yesterday with my mates porter cable using Mezerna 106 and 085, applied a coat of Zymol cleaner wax to protect overnight and then got up this morning and finished with two coats of Narly Wax.

90% of the swirls are gone and the appearance of scratches has been greatly reduced, here's some pics

Very nice .................. but is a 'poprter cable' a cheap imitation of a 'porter cable? ;)

Very nice

Good work  looks very nice!

The question is, why keep the suite in the garage and the car outside ? It looks very nice though...

Stunning job, looks very nice:thumbup:

Had this very discussion with her indoors, I lost the argument and she gets to use the garage as a store.

One day I'm gonna get a huge shed and empty the garage out, I'll probably end up having to convert it into a tv room if I do...lol:rolleyes:

looks stunning mate

Red always looks amazing polished up, excellent work!!

Great work there and how long did you spend on the PC?

Thanks Baker21, always nice to know someone who knows what they're doing praises your work

I was about 4 to 5 hours on the PC, gave it another half hour this morning on the bonnet and the tops of the wings.

To be honest I could have done with spending a bit more time on it but the wife was going daft and my shoulders were getting sore.

Knows what they are doing.................sometimes............:D

Fair play then mate, it's a long time on the machine completing the whole but the final result is well worth it and I am sure the 'wife' apprecaites the smooth and shiney paintwork now?

Red is glowing... :)
