around £9995 seems to be the going rate no matter if it has 8000 miles or 16000 miles

i think one has ~30k and other ~8k

both looked in decent condition.

sorry just presumed you'd know what miltec (or miltek w.e. lol)

they're holding there price pretty well, you can get a decent Fabia vrs with not bad miles for ~£5k

That does sound like quite a premium for the special edition. I have just upgraded to a VRS from a 1.4 16V (thanks to a woman running a red light!!) and picked it up for £6.5k, 56 plate, 25k miles. Has full OEM leather too, and that was from a dealership, not private. Bargains are out there to be had. Oh, and it is yellow, the best colour...:)

I think the one with 8k on the clock is mapped to 175 no thanks been there done that never again.

I found poor no 439 on ebay

so people are essentially paying several grand for blue paint and an aftermarket leather retrim  madness

I looked at a couple with dealers, but to be honest I thought they were taking the p**s. One wanted my 06 plate 30,000 mile mint VRS plus 4 grand! Just wouldn't budge, wished him good luck tho I note with no surprise whatsoever he's still got the car 3 months on. The other wanted £3,700, again he's still got it. They just aren't worth 10K at 2 years old.
