Sunglass Holder

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was wondering does anyone know the part number of the sunglass holder in the roof center console, or where to get it from, or have one spare/for sale? for an Octavia II (2008) ambience 1.9tdi.

Thanks

part number is 1Z0 868 565C Y20. That is for gray one. Maybe they are available in different colors, i don't really know :)

Does this mean that you can retrofit?

they do come in different colors - mine is beige!

The plastic in place can be easily popped out with a larger coin used as a wedge to one side of it.

Thanks, must try that. One less bit of clutter in the door pocket!

Indeed, tried letting the sunglasses in the top of dash holder the other day. They were too hot to handle in just a few hours in bright sunshine. Must get a hold of that bit too.

they get hot in the roof too.......

I'm sure, but it can't be worse than having them behind black stuff in bright sunshine. During the same day I put the same glasses in their pouch in the door pocket, much better.

My shades are 'curved', and won't fit in

Does anyone know if this is the same part no for the new superb

Thanks

part number is 1K0868837E Y20 for gray and 4K1 for ivory-beige

Funny thing is that I have one of those sunglasses I bought from Skoda which they used to sell as accessories.Sunglasses holder won't close with the original Skoda sunglasses in it .... I leave it in the console in the middle of the dash above the air vents .....

.....Just shows how different we all are..!! I am on my 2nd VRS fitted with this item and have not used it once, and no I can't take it out and pop it in the post !!
