Not that anyone seems interested, I asked Skoda UK if/when the DSG box would be dropped in the Fabia vRS.

I got a response from them that I found a bit odd!

"There are no plans to make a fabia vRS with the DSG gearbox. However, this could change in the middle of next year."

???

From what I've heard you wouldn't want the DSG box anyway. Well, that is unless you wanted the car off the road almost continuously....... Me cynical, Nah..

DSG is only offered with the 2.0 TDi, and im pretty sure you wont get either in the Fabia.

Hell I wouldnt want to have to lose a whacking great chunk of my torque just to run it anyhow.
