Just a quick one I have a new container of Millers XFE PD oil that I have was going put into my previous car (Fabia 105 tdi), now I have the octy (110 tdi ASV) is this oil ok to use in the Octy ?

No problem at all.

The 110 TDI needs VW 505.0 or better oil, so IIRC the XFE PD is better than that and you'll see no issue

I can't remember if VW506.1 was required for variable on that engine, but I'm assuming if you're DIYing you are on fixed intervals.

It's on variable at min but I will be changing it every 5k like i have done with all my diesels so variable not really an issue with me. Thanks for the advice
