If tractor & trailer indicates left and applies brakes or begins to slow down...

A vRS sounds like one on a cold morning

Any details?

Not that I can pass on over a forum.

A high level view of it however basically, boils down to not being able to claim off another driver for injuries/repairs as it is stated that a driver should be aware of large vehicles needs regarding turning etc, that a driver should be driving appropriately for the road conditions and able to stop in the distance they can see.

Agree with Chris that bold positioning early on, while possibly confusing initially, will make silly decisions more unlikely, and hopefully there will then be an "Aha!" moment in the c*ck (oops sorry following driver)'s brain when they realise how you've just saved them from being a tit :D

I recall following a tractor that was carrying a long plough on the back. The car behind me overtook me and slotted in behind the tractor, then the tractor began indicating left. (you can see where this is going?) I backed off, the car ahead went to overtake at the exact moment that the tractor made his turn... and only just avoided being impaled on the plough as it swung over the right side of the road.

Where did this fool think the plough would end up going?? It was blindingly obvious to me not to try passing.
