Hi guys please can you help I have read all the other threads on washer jets but this is not on

My rear washer jet works ok but the jet follows the sweep of the arm, rather than as it should just squirt straight up the screen hence I only get half a clean any ideas?

Has anyone had to replace thier rear wipe motor or use the vw kit to fix the problem as currently waiting for a call back to see if friendly dealer will do under waranty, is this easy or not?
