Alarm on octavia vrs??

Featured Replies

so how does your clifford g5 500 perform? i m just picked up my brand new vrs two weeks ago,i was suprised that in the books, only the bottom of the range has an alarm fitted option, the advise to me was to pay out for an independant alarm fitted rather than waste money on an 2-1 alarm upgrade, some insurers dont care if u do get a thatcham cat one alarm like mine for example, but they are cheap enough to insure as it is as i m paying 550 per year and i ve only just turned 26 with 3 points, i was thinking of getting the clifford g5 concept 650 for its excellent valve for wat it does and it is thatcham reakonised, does anyone have any encounters with this?

(mines a 650 BTW)

Well mate, im happy with it so far(been a week n half), had a slight glitch with the proximity sensor being duff, but now got the new one in as of last night and all is spot on - not over sensitive to traffic etc.

On a positive note ive got the installers(independant) number for future extras, like Intellistart and Turbo timer - both for

cheers mate,i ve also been told today that unless the fitters have it in stock people cant get hold of the G5 concept 650 for love or money, think there selling like hot cakes!
