Mine too is bus related. About 1 1/2 years ago now driving a really old double decker bus coming down a slight single cariageway hill in a 40 zone behind a white transit van doing about 38mph when suddenly the van slammed his brakes on and then indicated to turn right... even following at a safe distance I didn't know the brakes were so bad... how I didn't hit the van I don't know... managed to scrape past the van and the curb... an elderly woman congratulated me at the next stop for avoiding the van!

Another bus related one was driving a Mercedes vito mini bus thing and hadn't realised it was rear wheel drive... when round a corner in 3rd and shoved my boot down only to find the tail end swinging rapidly out... luckily had no passengers on.

A recent one was on the way to Skye when a woman tried to turn right in a left turn only lane while we where turning left in a left/straight on lane... must have been millimetres between us.

our bus lane in MK had cobbles and a right hand turn at the top, you can imagine what the beavers are like in the wet on em!
