Right lol. Im not having much luck with this Fabia. But I will press on and spend more money on it cos I think its worth it lol!

This is the latest issue that is bothering me.

When I go over speed bumps, and general potholes in the road, I get a squeaking sound, quite loud. And the latest thing is when changing gears, this causes something in the suspension department (I think) to also squeak.

I took it to the garage today, and they called me and said, no noise whatsoever. I was like, you are joking me??!! Cos it is so loud. Low and behold, its quiet as a mouse.

But its also glorious dry sunshine.

So it only does it when wet??!!

They checked the bushes and reckon they are starting to go but not bad, and they shouldnt make that much noise.

What the hell could it be, its driving me nuts!

Have you tried a search of this site? This has been covered so many times, there are dead kittens everywhere.

Dog bone mount? Can you narrow down the squeak to front or rear of the car?

Hey, it seems to come from the front end of the car.

After having the bushes checked, I have liberally sprayed them with ptfe 3 in 1 spray. But there is a console bush somewhere, that I have seen mentioned on here. But I dont know how to access it.

Any Ideas>?
