I doubt he will be getting a speeding ticket, as he's driving through

Europe and they seem to have a more liberal approach to limits

I suppose it could be a late estelle or rapide. Although favorit is proberbly the one.

Suffice to say, it won't be a vRS, unless they started the development process 14 years ago! :D

You may joke but the Skoda 130RS (type 735) was launched in 1975 till 1980 it had a 1289cc engine developing 140hp at 8500rpm:D

Many years ago, long before VAG even took an interest. Skoda had an established and respected name when it came to rallying.

And they were'nt driving Octavia's...
