I've Had This Car Since August 2008, A Few Months Ago The Tail Pipe Fell Off Which I Wasnt Suprised About 'cos It Was The "Standard" One And Was Slightly Too Heavy,

After This My Baffles Decided To Unattach Themselves From Anything And Most Of Them Shot Out The Backbox Whilst I Was Driving Home One Day.

After The Rattling Finally Got The Better Of Me, At College We Cut Open The Back Box And Ripped Out The Rest Of The Baffles.

We Then Welded This Back Together And Aimed To Weld The Tail Pipe Back On A Week Later After Making A Bracket For It.

This Has Yet To Happen As The Back Box Has Decided That No Longer Wants To Be Attached Either.

There Is Possibly NO Chance Of Welding It Back Together Now As Its So Rusted.

I Was Going To Get A Whole New System But My Dad Has Told Me I Can Not Do This As I Would Have To Cut It About.

Does Anyone Have Any Idea's On Where I Can Get A Slightly Louder Than Average Exhaust For My Car Without Too Much Hassle?

Please Help Me, The Rattling Of The Back Box Just Balancing On The Pipe Is Killing Me!!

Buy a stock system, find a piece of pipe or bar slightly smaller diamater than the internal diameter of the tailpipe, and use that to break the baffles, then shake the broken bits out before fitting.
