Im coming back to the VAG fold with a MKII...

Hello everyone

Ive been away from vag for a while (since my revo'd mkiv 1.8T), but im coming back this weekend (hopefully)

I looking to buy any MKII VRS 2.0T, but as ive been away for so long ive lost touch with the "things to look out for".

Ive read the common issues & solution thread, but in a test drive it's very difficult to spot the slight changes in things due to it's all "new."

Can you provide me some tips on a high level on what to look for when im seeing the cars this week / weekend ?

The spec's im looking at are : - 56/57 plates, with 44 - 55K miles.

Also, what are must have's in the spec's I look at ? e.g. Jumbobox

No doubt when I have brought one, I will be tunning the pants off it like I did with the Golf.
