Following on from my previous thread:

Last Sunday saw me head over to Turweston Aerodrome to attend DC09 and park up with 'Dubclub' for the show. I rolled up along with vRS_Si, who won 'Best Skoda' after having spent some time putting my 19's back on and cleaning her up, as I know a few of you suggested you preferred the look of the 19's here are some snaps that I took when we got back from the show:

There are some pictures of the other car's at DC09 including my 'Detailing Buddy' being papped by another enthusiast.........:D

Wasn't happy with the Falkens when I had them fitted as the stretch just isn't the same as the Toyo's as the Falkens have rim protectors........

The look is however growing on me and a recent visited to Unit 18 saw the front being lowered a little more with the addition of some new rear bump stops...........

Nothing new in the pipeline, just more detailing and maybe some tweaking of the front to get it a little lower to get a decent low daily ride height..........:D

Your car looks cracking Simon, :)

Gorgeous car, and those wheels are the muts nuts

as always, gorgeous! (Don't think I've ever seen a pic of your car dirty:D)

Luckily the farm I live on it's really a farm, we have a few sheep but the farmer makes his money out of renting cottages and barns.........

Thanks Ross, it's 'Sahara Beige' to be precise.............:P

That has to be my favourite superb, those wheels are sweet

What a transformation!

Looks great Simon, but how much 'lowered' are you?..looks like if you hit a speed bump, you would shred your tyres !

Thanks mate, I can honestly say that I have no official lowering height to confirm, the rear is as low as it will go as I have removed the adjuster blocks, the front has been lowered a little more after a recent trip to Unit18 but I think I will modify this a little lower as I failed the 'ramp test' at Unit 18...........:thumbdwn:

Tyres and wheels are fine with no problems and it's when you go to shows such as DC09 you realise how 'high' the Superb is, even when lowered..............:o

Looking good matie...... smart as!!!

Cheers,

Ste.
