How is that retained in place lumnox? looks very neat

It slides into the channels in the side of the body, similar idea to a caravan awning

I'm working on making one for myself at the moment out of yellow vinyl.

I'm a bit rusty with this kind of thing, but there is a hidden upholster in me somewhere I'm sure.

THe problem I'm ahving is getting the around the corners at the rear. trying to figure out a neat way of doing it without wasting too much material testing it out.
