What's the PCD, ET and stud pattern?

Chavyboy - you listening? Wheels FAQ ......

They need to be 5 stud 100PCD for a start. ET will depend on the rim size.

Edit - corrected to 100PCD.

PCD=Pitch Circle Diameter - i.e. the diameter of the circle which passes through the centres of the stud/bolt holes.

ET=offset of the vertical centreline of the wheel from the mating face between the wheel and the hub. Positive numbers mean more wheel to the inside, negative more to the outside. Most modern wheels have positive offsets, i.e. more wheel is hidden inside the wheel arch than sticks out from the hub.

They need to be 5 stud 120PCD for a start. ET will depend on the rim size.

Aren't Octy vRS wheels 5x100?

Or did I just dream that?

Rob.

I thought the octavia and fabia was 100pcd. New octavia and superb 112pcd.

Yeah so did I - I'll check one tonight ...

I thought porker wheels would fit?

why?

porker wheels fit porkers funnily enough.....

you can get some mille miglia replicas that would look like pork wheels...

IIRC older VAG vehicles could fit Porsche wheels. Pretty sure I've seen old camper vans with Porsche wheels on...

lol yes with a hub conversion... quite common for 944 wheels on Mk2 iirc....:D

Try ECStuning.co.

They do Merc, BMW and Porka adapters for a range of VAG motors!

Seen a couple of MK4 golfs running M3 rims on VWVortex.com!
