:+1: I agree. had to get my silicone hoses from Eurojet Racing in the states.

Mmmmm i think i need one of these as the hose has gone really really soft, and coming off boost its flattening out.

Wish I found this thread about a day earlier, found mine was split badly, and ordered a new one for £31 from Skoda which they wanted payment over the phone as they did`nt have it in stock(DOH!) This one is obviously cheaper, and would have lasted longer:rolleyes:

i didnt see the amount of damage till i removed it lol

was only a small crack in the top

but was so soft and flimsy i just replaced it

That is the very one I purchased. Great price and very well made. Fitted it today funny enough. My original pipe was not cracked, but was very weak and felt that it had collapsed. I can see the EBay seller getting quite a trade.......

Here is a few pics.

Difference between the 2. I trimed mine down by 15mm on the left side (where it fits to the rocker cover) to get a more exact fit.

I removed the DV from the TIP to get better access to the pipe that needs removing. You need to replace the metal pipe clips as these get damaged being removed.

The 2 clips at the other end of the are the re usable ones. You need a monkey wrench or mole grips to pull in the 2 ends of the pipe clips together, which opens up the pipe clips.

Tip: put the clips around a socket the same size as the pipe so they are easier to put back over the new pipe, as if you let go completely the clip will compress and make it difficult to get mole grips back around it when refitting.

Pic of the pipe fitted with the other silicon hoses now looking sweet.

I too had to trim a little from the left handside of the new pipe. I emailed the seller on ebay and informed him. My original hose had been replaced at some point - it was still very soft at the 'Y' compared to the rest of the pipe.
