New updated compatibility list for GSM III

Recommended Posts

Lets create it now to help the happy owners to find the perfect match for the GSM III bluetooth system. I believe that the the existing list is not good enough.

Please just write the phones that are tested and fully compatible and aren't Nokia in order to make an updated catalogue with mobile phones other than the above mentioned brand.

I have got an old Siemens S65 working OK

Only one drawback, every time you take out the car keys the S65 turns off.

Then you have to power it back up again and press a button to confirm every time you get back in the car.

There may be a way to fix this but it is defeating me at the moment.

The best one I had working was the Nokia 6021, but half the keys died and you can no longer configure it. So I cannot connect it to my new iMac to get Address Book updates :-(.

Blackberry Bold...no problems...works a dream...need to remember that there are options on the cars own setup screen that don't appear on Columbus...eg changing to order display by first/second names.
