vRS v TDi

Got my new wheels, picked up from H L Gorner in Warrington. Cracking deal, as they needed to sell for figures at end of the month !! My old, or rather nice TDi (02) is now on there site !

Very pleased, however I was surprised that at 80mph in my old TDi in fith I would be doing 2.5K revs. At the same speed in the vRS in sixth I was doing a fraction under 2.5 at 80mph. I am aware it will kick higher up the rev range but still running the beast in !!
