Windscreen Washers

Featured Replies

The windscreen washers on my vRS have always been a little suspect, tending to hit the windscreen too low down with no obvious way of adjusting them. Since I've had my windscreen replaced they also seem to be lacking in power as well, and are practically no use at all.

So it was with a sigh of relief that I parked the vRS at the local dealers for a service, telling them about the washers and looking forward to being able to see again.

However, the dealer said that the problem was that I had put too strong a concentration of screen wash in and it had clogged the jets - in future use more water and less screen wash. I assumed that they had sorted the problem when they refilled the reservoir at the service. BUT I used the washers again this morning and they are as bad as ever...:thumbdwn:

Anyone got any suggestions on how to get power back in your washers and getting them pointing the right direction?

they are very cheap, and very easy to fit !
