Hi!

I bought a new Fabia II 1.9tdi sport compi july 08, purpose would be to build it more power and better handling

Here are some mods that has already been done :

-ecu tune (147.3hp and 335nm)

-apex filter

-crome door handle and mirror cover

Future plans:

-fmic

-hard pipes

-delete egr

-coilovers

-big brakes

-bd150 turbo

Welcome to Briskoda.

I like Fabias in that colour and especially the combis, the girlfriend disagrees but don't they always!

The photo size seems fine now & your English is very good, in fact better than most English people!

As for the tuning advice, I think you've probably covered most things there, but I'm sure that Jason & others will be able to give you any advice you might need.

what suspension work best in fabia? I have been thinking koni Sreet or sport kit or something cheap coilover.

Normally I'm not a fan of added chrome.. but on your car it really works!

thanks, I tried to be putting too much chrome! maybe 18 "chrome rims.

but I'm not sure if I want to more chrome perhaps some lip-wheels (I do not know the correct word)

I'd guess you mean split rims? They have a rim / lip that bolts on and can be polished / chrome?

Have you thought about removing the black strips off of the doors? Or getting them painted the same colour as the body?

strips.. I had already forgotten them, I could delete them tomorrow!

next weekend i will go to rally (Neste oil rally finland) go Hirvonen go Latvala!!!

Skoda S2000 Hänninen and Kopecky to drive there?

It could be because I spend no time in the Fabia ii Section.. but I think this is the 1st mk2 I've seen with the strips off! Makes it look so solid and chunky! Awesome!

Shows off the subtle crease in the doors much more!

Hi, i have just bought a fabia mk2 as well with the 1.9tdi engine. i like what you have done so far, especially with the bump strips. I am thinking about Eibach springs, just for a cheap reduction in height. If i had the money then i would go for Varient 1 or 2 KW coilovers, which are meant to be very good.

Was woundering where you got the cooler from? and also how much difference it makes to the performance with the remap.

hey! small update. I ordered the coilovers(v-maxx) and the weather warms up I am going to install them!

kane90 - I bought a used cooler, it had been in a saab 95 turbo.. Chinese Cooler .. I do not know it effects the power, but the intake temperature fell. can see the difference right after the dyno, but it comes before other changes

Welcome, just read the print out from the dyno run. Is that showing 120bhp before and 147bhp after?

I currently got a 2008 octavia vrs but I've become a bit disabled over the years need my hip replaced ect Now I need an automatic and I can get a car on the mobility scheme. Has anyone got experience with this. I like the look of the new leons and noticed you can get them and they cover the insurance and everything. but would i be better off getting a used one and putting the money towards that instead

Hi everyone, I have a 2016 Skoda Octavia 1.2 TSI with Climatronic, and I'm encountering a frustrating A/C issue. Problem: After driving at highway speeds (90 km/h or higher) for a prolonged time, the A/C stops cooling. The air coming from the vents is the same flow volume but no longer cold, although the system appears to still be "on." Hi Folks, Both the front and rear window washers on my MK3 Fabia not working but window wipers do operate. Google it and go through the last posts but no clue. 1) No pump sound 2) My friend help to test the fuses no. 22, 27, 31 and 46, are all fine 3) At pump, the voltage around 11.x V but it will dropped to around 0.5v when turn on the wipers 4) The washer reservoir is full 5) The car battery replaced last summer with normal 12.6V Any idea please, Many thanks in advance
