How much fun?

Featured Replies

Evening folks and hello,

After our old Pug 206 got written off by some oaf slamming into the side of it in a car park, we came up trumps with the hire car from the insurance company bagging a 2.0l Golf GT sport (how often does that happen!). After 3 months driving round in this (until I smashed it up in the snow; but thats another story) whilst the insurance company were being as helpful as ever, I decided to look upon a new car and fancied the Golf. Then stumbling across the Fabia vRS and comparing price and spec with the Golf I had to have one and bought a few weeks later.

I have never looked back! :D

It is so much fun and felt a lot more responsive than the Golf. I am looking forward to carrying out a few mods along the way to improve the drive.

Already I'm learing lots from the forums of stuff tried and tested, so thanks for that.

Cheers Heaps

Welcome on board....

Have had my Fabia vRS for over 2 years and still haven't looked back either.

A great understated car with plenty of 'shove' :D
