sorry lonf reply went for the 105bhp 1.9tdi loads of power climbs hills so easy far better than i emagined plenty of whoomph for me:thumbup:

:holmes: YES proud as punch I am on my 7 th skoda estelles up to the superb and for a brief period 57 plate altea sport what a **** car , no ,it was a good car goes around corners better than anything I ever had but like sitting on a pile of rocks,the superb is fantastic people love it the wife thinks I WASH AND CLEAN IT TO OFTEN ONCE A DAY AINT BAD:cool:

One of the resaons I have the octavia estate was the space and the other one is that I like the look of estates a bit more. And it will be huge which I also like as for some strange reason I seem to always fill the car with stufff, babies, wife dogs etc.

The boot on the Octy hatch is actually of a more useful size than the Superb 2 ime , we can get three suitcases side by side in the octy but as the boot is not as high in the Superb we have to lie two of them down meaning there is far less useful space left , so much so we will have to get a roof box for holidays etc

Hi yeah I had the octavia estate and the boot was massive but I think when the estate version of the supa2 might have more cubic area but the octavia was massive :rotz:I miss mine so much,so much in fact when I part ex it for a seat altea I knew about a week later big mistake I had seen it locally and was going to offer more than I got part exed it for whatever they wanted for it really,but never caught her again I did a real mistake,but now I am at piece with myself the superb has put a smile back on my face:D but I would still try and buy the octavia back again if I had a chance:rolleyes:
