Ive got a problem, my aerial is leaking water as im ending up with water marks in the middle of the rear seats!

Only issue is how do i get the headlining out the car?

I've only ever done this on a 6N polo, but would imagine the Fabia is similar. I had to remove the trim around the inner portion of the tailgate aperture, and gently ease down the headlining for access to the aerial base. Should be OK as long as you don't pull the lining down too far and crease it.

I managed to crease my headlining when replacing the aerial, crease was removed using a steam wall paper stripper, did not remove crease completely but is a lot less noticable than before
