Is the clock and the miles suposed to display when the key is out of the ignition and engine off, as mine is and need to know if it is normal. 2000 1.4 fabia 8 vl.

Thanks as thought it was un-natural, and the clock (digital) and tripometer (digital) were supposed only to come on or display when the key was inserted into ignation and switched on. Thought it would be source for draining battery. More at ease now thank -you all for assisting.
