Bombay India where we have a lot of 2 and 4 legged animals darting across our expressways highways and where most people learn a bit of driving after buying licenses from corrupt officials who are more keen on the bribes paid to them than in the applicants driving skills!

Not that I know of, and I very much doubt it's easily possible.

The Octy's ABS works by measuring and comparing the wheel speeds at all 4 wheels, and returning fluid from each wheel individually, so you'd need the sensor kit, its wiring, the return valves and their pipes and wiring, and the ECU to drive the system.

The one thing that might make the job easier would be if Indian market cars have ASR traction control, since that needs the same wheel sensors.

Agree with Ken, if you are going to fit the pipes, wiring & pump in you may as well fit the ASR one (it's the same amount of work).

Either spend a fortune on ordering everything, or find a smashed up Golf/Octy/Leon/Toledo/A3 and rip all the bits out.

Greg.
