VRS Respray???

Featured Replies

Hi all, have recently bought a Black '54 plate VRS Fabia, it has done just shy of 70k and the paintwork is as you would expect, a bit chippy with general wear and tear on most panels, Chips Away would rip me a new one with the amount of little marks on it so I started to think a respray might be in order to sort the lot out in one hit....

What would be a fair price and could anybody recommend a suitable bodyshop who would not take advantage, I aim to keep this car for a while so am happy to spend a few quid on it, but it still has to be reasonable to be worthwhile.

Thanks for your help folks....

Enjoying it so far?

An idea of where you are might help!

You could be talking £500-£2000 depends how much you love your car :eyepop:

Also depends where in the country you are.

Whoops, should have mentioned my location, What a muppet.

I am based in Romford, but am willing to travel a reasonable distance (100 miles??)

Am enjoying it loads, has a 2.0 Vw Bora before, and this little black car goes like stink in comparison. Took me a couple of weeks to get used to the surge of power.

I am definitely a convert having shown a couple of BMWnkr drivers a thing or two out on the m25 Mwahahaha!! The collection of scalps begins here!!!!

Think im right in saying that black magic is a fairly expensive paint as well.

My dad needed a book for all the people that tried it on with him
