Can a 3 series BMW rear suspension be adjusted?

My uncle's rear tyres on his 330d 'X' reg are wearing on the insides and has been quoted £275 for BMW to sort this out.:eek:

I told his it should cost no more than £100 max to get a proper 4 wheel alignment.

ye not difficult to adjust on the rear too

They do run a lot of rear camber anyway and are prone to wearing the inside edges first as most of them have somewhere around 255 tyres on the rear, our Z4 is within tolerance but displays the same wear.
