So am I the first to order?!

Featured Replies

I have to blame Briskoda for allowing James of Allams Skoda to post on its pages.

This has caused me to drive past a number of other dealers to get to Allams to firstly view a CZ Yeti the other week and then today to call in and secure a good deal on a Candy White CR170 (with added toys).

Thanks James for the coffee and hospitality - it was a pleasure to do business! :)

Congratulations!

First order I have heard of, and I reckon white will really suit the car too.

What optional extras did you choose?

CR170 in candy white will be lovely.

Be interesting to see some pics but I've never been a fan of any White 4x4's I've seen.

It seemed rude to leave it standard, so it will have the sunroof, 12 speaker upgrade, front and rear parking sensors, towbar prep, spare wheel, mats and satnav.

You can't justify any of it but what the hell! The spare wheel looks like it will have space around it for the odds and sods and the satnav wasn't on the list until James very kindly demonstrated one in a Superb....

Roof rails are staying black, interior black leather. No doubt more bits will be added like boot mat etc as and when.

Not cheap but if you spec a Tiguan up to the same standard it'll be many thousands of pounds more - and who wants a Tiguan anyway?!

Roll on (hopefully) November!

I take it back although white wouldn't be my 1st choice on a car that actually looks quite good, I think the grey/black plastic trim breaks it up a bit.

Bet your counting the weeks already :)

Nice, is there a UK options price list available now?

Congratulations!! I wish I could place my order as well, but I have to sell my 2 year old Fabia first.. You can see my advertisement here Skoda Fabia 1,9 TDI Sport. Norges fineste? 2008, 32000 km., kr.

It's in Norwegian, but has loads of pictures :-)

I hope you get your new Yeti in not to long!!

Wayhey!

Enjoy :D

Thanks again for the business Jerry, much appreciated and it's nice that the first Yeti I sold was through Briskoda, should prove to SkodaUK that this forum is worth so much of their time.

I'm looking forward to it arriving and handing it over to you!

Looks smart in white I reckon.

Going to be a pig to keep clean though!

I take it you won't be going off road in it then.

Congratulations! The white does look good.

:confused:not sure about this car, looks a bit like the roomster with steroids but lets hope it becomes a winner like all the rest of the models well done and enjoy

I recon it will be just fine :)

Good luck with it :)

Thanks for all the comments of support!

I went through a period of liking almost every colour available (particularly white, mato brown and aqua blue) but then thought white would be different and having seen various pictures I thought it had to be done. I think the black bits will contrast nicely with the white.

I still think the mato brown would be nice but you'd have to see it in the flesh to make sure before signing on the dotted line.

Note: dog cage isn’t a factory fitted option – must be restricted to Octavia estates. Luckily I don’t need a dog cage as I don’t have a dog!

It will have to be ventured off road at some stage for the fun of it – and yes it will be washed a lot!

Many thanks to all (including James) who have posted Yeti info over the months, it was a great help.

I’ll post any updates as and when I get them. :)

Thanks for the option prices, reckon I'll be adding £3k to the price of mine if I get one! Glad the Elegance comes with a good standard spec.

Thanks for the list, as stated in a previous thread my local dealer was reluctant to print off this information.

Auto dimming mirror with rain sensor is another SE option but not sure on the cost.

looks nice in white would look better with some vrs alloys in either antrathcite, gun metal or matt balck

I can't decide between a Yeti or FL Vrs atm + am thinking of going for white for which ever one I choose.

What are your criteria?

I might get a new car towards the end of next year and those two would be on my list too.

I prefer the external looks of the Octavia but the Yeti is reportedly more refined and gives you 4x4 should you need it. Octavia has more boot space but Yeti is more flexible. Hmmmm...

well done mate, i like these cars alot. I hope it serves you well :)
