My car is fast approaching the 100k club, just wondering if many others are there yet? When ever I look at other VRS for sale they tend to be lower mileage cars......

I bought mine with 10k on the clock 3 years ago, and I will hit the 100k first week of September...

Mine was good the first two years then the Head Gasket went, followed closely by the Injectors last year, had another good year until the Bushes disintigrated (sp?) recently - total cost of these 3 items was circa £2k!!!

Has no performance mods :(

It all seems good now and hoping to keep it for another year....

Would I have another Skoda - YES....

2003/03 Fabia vRS now on 123k. Remapped for around 90k. Still on standard clutch and turbo

2002/52 Fabia 1.9TDi Comfort, 111k miles

I sold my 53 plate 1.4TDI Comfort in Jan 2008 with 123,000 on the clock great little car :-)

04 Fabia vRS just coming up to 240,000 miles. Is this a record? Used as a driving instructor car so does up to 1,000 miles per week. Only had one clutch in all that time. Main issues were front suspension which has more or less been completely replaced, other than that no major issues.

154K and counting on my fabia tdi 100pd comfort

134000 miles on my vRS. Turbo went at 128k, but nothing major really, even that was only £250 with a used turbo and a mates help. Top motor!

Coming up to 98k in mine so not far off the 100k club. Just serviced it on Friday actually so is running sweet. Still on original clutch and turbo.

To the OP: surprised to hear you had headgasket problems as they're virtually unheard of on these engines.

1.4 TDI (04 reg) 118k no problems. Original everything including front brake pads!
