Carnegie takes record sixth title.

Two solid performances at his home Mondello Park circuit were enough to assure Dermot Carnegie of the 2004 MSA British Rallycross Championship.

Rounds eight and nine (October 9 & 10) of the ten-event championship took place at the County Kildare venue in the Irish Republic and while Carnegie was unable to further extend his remarkable run of six event wins, a third place in round eight followed by second in round nine were more than sufficient for the Dublin-based racer to put his name to the British title for a record sixth time.

30th and 31st of this month is the final events in the BRDA and BTRDA rallycross championships at brands hatch.

Both myself and ric are both entred on the BTRDA event on saturday the 30th.
