Sticker

Featured Replies

I have a favour to ask some kind person in Briskoda Land :)

I have a Green panel filter fitted, but when it arrived, the sticker with it was useless, it had no sticky on it. :(

Does anyone have a spare sticker, that I could have PLEASE :help:

Thanks

Steve

I assume you did try peeling off the backing paper first?

Mine was the same - in the end I gave up and threw the sticker away ;)

why do you want a sticker?

So that If I forget to advise the dealer @ service time, NOT to change the filter, they will see the sticker.

Wouldn't they notice that its not a standard one? Do they look different?

Yup they definately are different.

The green filter is about 2 - 3 inches deep, the std filter in the car was the full depth of the box.

It definately helps having the panel filter in, as the air does not now have to filter through a copy of the Sunday Times newspaper , enclosed in a plactic box.

WHy dun u paste a broad scotch tape over it?..Of coz the heat may "melt' it in long run but im sure u can find a cooler spot.

or go back to ur GREEN dealer n ask for one.

"ask and you shall receive". haha

Mine has got a sticker on it, however i still check when it comes back. Cant trust these pesky kids... i mean dealers

Can ya not just use a bit of double sided?

i wondered about this when i had mine serviced so i put the OE filter back in, it wasnt dirty and they didnt change it so i swapped them back over when i got home.
