felicia front door speakers?

Featured Replies

ok folks, firstly what size are the front door speakers in a felicia, do you need special adaptor rings to fit aftermarket ones? and has anybody got any recommendations of what fits easily/brands etc

thanks

Pioneer always have easy to fit kits for specific models of car assuming you don't want loads of muzic and just normal levels.

Ring adapter kits are a waste of money as they are plastic. MDF/plywood ones are cheap and easy to make and offer better damping for the speaker. Also a good idea to stick a piece of dynamat of any dampting material behind the speaker on the door skin.

speaker size is 5 1/4" and i recomend using 1 way speakers with a tweeter on the top plastic of the door facing the back (close to the window) you get the best acoustic performance there anso try to get some plastic containers of the same size and fit them bettewn the door plastic and the speakers to enhances the speakes audio reponce and lower register.

id you fitting rear speakers or a woofer in the back do use a crossover for the front speakers, you get clearer sound

No Special speakers or adapters required. Just get the right sized one and they will slot straight in.

Just got some pretty cheap pioneers in mine and they're pretty good.
