Confused. Looking at both kits on skodateile both seem to have the bevelled edge on them (just like Talon's, and the factory fit ones I've seen). I dont know what external rim you mean. Is it just like a slightly raised lip around the circumference of the hole? If so, then I'd have thought the skodarteile ones would achieve this by simply being pushed through the hole up to the mounting plates on the inside of the bumper.

If you look closely at the pic below. I've circled one of talons parking sensors. You will see a shadow under the sensor ring. This is a ridge that is sitting proud of the bumper. This ridge does not exist on factory fit sensors, as they are mounted differently

Just been to look at my new vrs at the dealers and my factory fit sensors look like the ones on the blue car in your pics

Ah after more research it seams they've changed between pre and post face lift. And the second pic is FL.

Hence the confusion... ooops sorry.
