Went down to Newport today to AutoTint (I think) to get my windows tinted, they did an excellent job but I think I've chosen a tint too dark and now my car actually looks sh!t (some might say it already looks **** anyway but you get my drift :P). I'll post some pics up when the rain dies down, cost me £130 (plus £30 in petrol to get there and back) plus a wasted day :/

I think they look ok, maybe a darker tint would suit it better. I'm planning on getting mine done at some point, not sure if i'l spoil it though!

See I think that a lighter tint would have suited it better.. I think if I get that back bumper insert smoothed it will look a bit better from behind..

looks fine to me - maybe a lighter tint would have been slightly less obvious and more subtle but they'd still be noticable

They will soon be changed to mini comps , I've refurbed 2, just haven't had the time or the decent weather to do the other 2.

Very similar to VRS SE tints, just maybe a shade lighter on yours. Looks fine, and 20% light is the legal limit anyway.

to be honest i would of gone darker . off the topic , i was down wales 2 weeks ago at aberystwyth and went to there Mac d's on the roundabout and you drove in . i was in my red VRS parked up with my dad in his black volvo with the type r wheels and black out windows . just notice its your car , looks nice when i saw it .

the tints look ok mate, i think there is alot i would do with the car, that probs contributes to the whole look, as mentioned the wheels have to go ASAP. am not sure on your exhuast ether, id also take the rear bumper strip off, and if you wanted to go alittle further de wiper. And a good slamming would do nicely.

Personaly I think its the black of the door handles thats affecting the overall effect get them colour coded and change the alloys.

Yeah I think a few of my mates paid around £80 as well, but that was because they had 3 door cars.

I was going to contact you again Gaz about the vrs bumper to see if you still had it, but the vrs rear bumper is slightly closer to the ground than the standard one and I have a removeable towbar thing, so if I slapped a vrs bumper on the towbar wouldnt fit :/
