got a second service done on Roomster 3 1.9TDI at 15k at Skoda dealer in Randalstown. Everything OK. Car has loosened up after recent trip to the West Coast of Scotland. It was really useful -loaded up with camping gear and with the abundance of glass (panoramic roof) was a midge free sun room! Very pleased with the Roomster it was definitely a good buy when compared to similar Fabia.

BTW What was the bill for the second service? My local dealer is quoting £215.

£180 + vat. Was this a reasonable price? Got the auto door lock facility activated, a good idea especially with 5 doors and being Skoda diesel - its not a taxi.

£180 plus vat is £207 so better than my quote by just £8. I had the doors changed to one click open on the first service, and there was no extra charge for that.
