Spent some time today replacing the micro switches in both front door's however after all is now perfect with the locks my drivers side puddle light isn't working.

I have checked for V+ at the plug and nothing so for some reason no power is being sent to the bulb.

Any ideas????:confused::confused::confused:

On a side not i replaced the led in the drivers door from red to blue. Simple job really whilst the door was off. Anyone want their's doing?

I have had the micro switch in the door pocket for 2 months now. I really must get round to fitting it. When you open the door do you get the door open symbol on the dash?

The first time you open the door in the morning do you hear the fuel pump priming?

If you don't get either of the above then the fourth microswitch (the one in the actual lock mech) is faulty or is this the one you replaced?

Yes the dash symbol comes on as does the interior light.

Yes the fuel pump primes. That explains the noise i'm hearing now for the first time since owning the car i guess its supposed to do that?

I replaced the outer switches as per all the guides about.

Also my passenger door doesn't anto hikack lock. When it locks it goes down but pops back up straight away whilst all the others stay down?
