VRs Price Increase?

Featured Replies

Ive been talking to a salesman at Gordon Lamb Skoda, Chesterfield. He told me that the on the road price of the VRs is being increased at the end of this month (September), I think he said by £500.

Has anyone else heard this, or is it a salesmans line to get me to place the order quickly.

Ive been quoted, my 58 plate VRs, and £2900 for a new FL VRs (standard spec). Is that good or not??

Yes, I was also told Skoda are putting up prices by around 3% on the 1st October so I believe it's correct.

Same news at my local dealers

Yes, so if you're going to buy one put your order in within the next 72hrs or suffer a price hike!

Or tell em your go elsewhere!

Yes about 3% rise on Thurs 1st October

Having just ordered a new VRS, my dealer had to have had the order placed with Skoda by Weds 30th Sept.

Walking into a dealer on Wednesday will probably be too late to get it at the old price

Yeah I got told the same, thought hey were just trying to get a quick sale off me but turns out to be true.

I too have been told this. I think its across the whole VAG range
