I guess it will look like the Ford Galaxy as they have the side lights bulbs at the bottom next to the fogs.

Just as a side note, not sure if anyone else has said or noticed but the DRL's on the FL are really bright when all other lights are off, are a half brightness when Side Lights or Dipped/Main beam are selected.

I have notice on a friends brand new FL Octavia Combi vRS petrol that oil temp is shown in the maxidot.

Is it possible to enable this feature on a 56 plate TFSI vRS with maxidot using VCDS?

I asked few persons about their coding, but maybe you'll share yours on this forum.

I've just had my DRLs, Cornering Lights and 2nd Rear Fog Light activated at the dealers on my MY10 Elegance.

Do you have any friend with the VCDS software?? Will you do the AUTO-SCAN on your car and share your report with me?? The AUTO-SCAN reads info about your components and their CODING. After this I'll try to put this coding in my O2 FL and check how it works and how to turn on the second rear fog light.

I've just had my DRLs, Cornering Lights and 2nd Rear Fog Light activated at the dealers on my MY10 Elegance. It's build week was about 38. This is after Skoda changed the the internal computer version in the Octavia FL.

As Gers is offline for good 2 months anyone crack this issue?

I have changed the elegance maxidot IC whit an RS one

everything appears functional but when wash up top flui apears it make no sound

I coded corectly but the sound is dead.

What can i do?

On original IC i hear sound every time,on this IC only on gas...

It is a difference betwen IC elegance 2005 and Rs 2008 ? or it is something is wrong ....

Do u have the FL Octavia? i got the fl octavia & want the corner lights feature activated, can we activate CH & LH lights as well?

Mine is a pre FL, but I'm sure you can activate the CH and LH lights as well. Once activated they will show up in maxidot and you can alter the timings from there.

No worries, you can still set the length of time the lights are on in VCDS. Only things is you'll need the plug in if you ever want to alter the timings, whereas it is a 10 second job without VCDS if you have maxidot.
